My MacBook problem: OSX vs Windows, Humac vs service

I rant on comparing OSX with Windows, even chopping it down to comparing OSX with Windows Vista, the coming version of Windows. Nit-picking, finding out OSX seems a lot more GTD-friendly (Getting Things Done). Also, somebody working at Humac isn’t exactly service-friendly.
