My problem with Starbucks is essentially the same as with any major corporation that doesn't really care much about its workers. I don't want to sound preaching, but...e.g. I don't purchase Nike products, as there are actually Nike people counting the time it takes for a child worker to make one of their shoes, by the <em>milliseconds</em>.
